WARRANTY CHECK LIST

  • All new Apollo E-Bikes Canada are warrantied to the original owner for a period of 1 year from date of purchase against breakage, malfunction, or other bike failure resulting from manufacture defect. Components including frame, forks, stem, handlebar, seat post, saddle, brakes, lights, bottom bracket, crankset, pedals, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, derailleur, shifter, motor, throttle, controller, wiring harness, LCD display, kickstand, reflectors and hardware are warranted to be free from manufacturer defects in materials and/or workmanship for a 1 year period from the date of original purchase. Wear and tear is not covered under warranty. Apollo E-Bikes Canadas’ lithium-ion batteries are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship for a 1 year period from the date of original purchase. The battery warranty does not include damage from power surges, use of improper charger, improper maintenance or other such misuse, normal wear or water damage.
  • Warranty parts will only be shipped within Canada. If you purchased a bike and had it then shipped to another country, parts will only be sent to the country in which the bike was originally sent
  • In the event of E-Bike failure or malfunction, the customer must contact APOLLO EBIKES CANADA to obtain a location of a designated return/repair facility. Apollo E-Bikes Canada will cover the shipping charges both ways for domestic customers that have E-Bikes in need of warranty within the first 30 days from the purchase date. After the 30 days from the purchase date, the customer shall be responsible for all shipping and handling costs both ways of non-functioning E-Bikes for repair or replacement. Customers located in YT, NWT, NFLD & Labrador, Nunavut will have to pay shipping and handling charges both ways from the purchase date. It is the customer's responsibility to adequately insure the E-Bike, as Apollo E-Bikes Canada is not responsible for lost/damaged returns.
  • Returns after 30 days: If the Bike is Open and Used - Customer's will receive a penalty of a 20% restocking fee.
  • YT, NWT, NFLD and Labrador, Nunavut and/or Rural Area customers: Please email the Apollo Electric Bikes Canada Sales Support team for a shipping quote before buying. Shipping to these locations requires an additional fee as these locations are out of our free shipping zone.
  • Once the payment has been received in full, Apollo Electric Bikes Canada will ship the customer's item within 3 business days, subject to availability. It is possible that the item may ship the same day, but certain times of the year when volume is high or orders placed late in the day may result in delays. A tracking number will be forwarded to the customer's submitted email address the day of shipment.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure we have a complete shipping address including phone number.
  • Apollo E-Bikes Canada does not own or operate a shipping company. Shipping is via third party entities which determine individual package receipt requirements. I.E. signatures, leaving packages unattended etc. Once the customer's package has left the Apollo E-Bikes Canada facility, Apollo E-Bikes Canada cannot assume responsibility for delivery or delays in delivery due to shipping company policies, procedures, or union strikes.
  • The customer is entirely responsible to inspect the item for any damages at the time of delivery. If the customer fails to inspect the item, the shipping company may not take responsibility for any damages occurring during shipment which are discovered at a later time. If the E-Bike appears undamaged, it is the customer's responsibility to test out the E-Bike as soon as possible to ensure proper operation. Early E-Bike failures can be a result of hidden internal damages during shipping. The customer should not delay in opening the package and promptly testing the E-Bike with a test in all functions. E-Bikes not promptly tested for shipping damage MAY result in the shipper denying the damage claim and the E-Bike being shipped back at customer's expense.
  • We highly recommend customer's bring their bike into a professional bike shop to fully assembly the unit and continue to visit for regular maintenance and upkeeping.
  • In the event of shipping damage the customer should promptly contact the Apollo E-Bikes Canada sales support team. Damaged claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery so that return shipping can be arranged. If there is shipping damage, Apollo E-Bikes Canada will file a damage claim immediately, upon receipt of said claims.
  • The customer should view the appropriate operator's manual directly from the boxing and read the manual completely by the time the customer tests the E-Bike, so that prompt and safe testing of the E-Bike will not be delayed. The unit must be tested within the designated 48 hour time frame to meet the demands of the shippers damaged product return policy.
  • Items damaged or non-functional upon arrival: Apollo E-Bikes Canada will gladly exchange it. It is the customer's responsibility; however to immediately notify the sales support team of the issue. Prompt reporting of this condition is required. Delayed opening of the package may result in denial of claim and waving of rights of free replacement.
  • In the event of returning any product, it must be done within 30 days of the purchase date, as well as including all original packaging, and the buyer will be responsible for all return costs, insurance and tracking.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all eligible warranty/return E-Bikes must be packaged safely and insured for the full retail purchase price.
  • The customer must fill out the return form, which can be requested from Apollo E-Bikes Canada sales support team.
  • Products and accessories can be subject to change without notice and may not be exactly as pictured.
  • The terms of sale and warranty of Apollo E-Bikes Canada are subject to change without prior notice.
